Cost : Workshop - $40 if pre-registered by Apr. 22nd. $50 after April 22nd and at the door. Show - $5 (for non-workshop attendees). The workshop cost includes classes, lunch, and the show.
Please fill out a seperate registration form for each participant. Also, please be aware that the workshop fees and show tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
The show will be a casual affair. All are welcome to dance, but it will be first come, first served for available spots. Therefore, please let us know ASAP if you would like to perform. Please keep your performances reasonably short.

Directions
The workshop will be held at the Louisville School of Massage. 7410 New LaGrange Road, Suite 120.
Driving directions:
From Southern Kentucky: Take I-65 N to Louisville. Get on I-264 E to exit 20-A (Shelbyville Road). The exit splits into 2 segments, Middletown and Lyndon. Take the Lyndon segment on the left. That will make you turn right across Shelbyville Road (SR 60) into the far 2 left hand turn lanes. Turn left at the first light at the Kia Store and Ken Towery's, which is New LaGrange Road. Go around the curve, and it is the second black building on the right, in the Norwood Office Park.
From Indiana: Take I-65 S just across the river. Follow the I-64/I-71 signs to get on I-71 N. Follow I-71 until I-264 splits off to the right, then follow I-264 W. Take exit 20-A, Shelbyville Road (SR 60) East. Quickly, get into the far left lane to turn left at the first light (at the Kia Store and Ken Towery's). Go around the curve, and it is the second black building on the right, in the Norwood Office Park.
